– Owner & CEO
Following a successful career in health care administration, Elaine found herself transitioning to executive oversight at Tristem. She very quickly assimilated into full-time management and operations of the company. Her expertise in customer relations and finance gave way to her interest in marketing and sales. She officially assumed the role of Principal Owner and President in 2018. Elaine is married to Joe Seeber, Founder of TriStem, Ltd. Elaine enjoys entertaining with her family, herb and flower gardening, and donating time to her church and local community.

Certified Energy Management Professional
Courtney has been with TriStem for over 10 years and is in charge of managing several audits. She performs the initial review for each audit and files claims as necessary, working closely with the utility providers to ensure the claims on billing errors are received and processed as quickly and correctly. She also corresponds with clients to obtain information needed to verify billing errors. Courtney will perform in-depth audit procedures under the guidance of the president. In addition to that, she has many hours experience with street light audits and street light field work. Courtney holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Imaging and Advertising from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
– Audit Field Technician
Brandon uses his business administrative skills to organize street light and meter data into TriStem’s proprietary audit database. He prepares field work and performs street light audits for clients as needed. His attention to detail has led to many lighting refunds for our clients. After performing field audits, the data is collected and prepared for the auditor. Brandon has spent hours in the field counting, searching and identifying street lights for our clients in several states.
– Account Executive
Becca has over 18 years’ experience in office management, client relations, and CAD drafting. She obtains contracts and checklist documents needed from each client as well as organizes client data in our system. She communicates frequently with new clients to ensure that they understand the audit process and data needed to begin the audit. Aside from managing accounts, Becca assists with audit tasks as needed.

Rachel has over 25 years’ experience in customer relations. She uses her expertise in office management to contribute to the audits. She works closely with the Auditor to compile data for analysis and researches account usage, billing and facility information, as well as prepares documentation for on-site visits under the direction of the auditor.

Sean has over 4 years’ experience in energy procurement and sales. He uses his expertise in energy accounts to contribute to the audits. He works with the Auditor to research, review and analyze data on utility accounts, invoicing, rates and payments. He researches account usage, billing and facility information.
– Assistant Auditor
Anita has over 20 years’ experience in the hospital industry as an executive secretary. She uses her expertise with spreadsheets and numbers to contribute to the audits. She works closely with the Auditor to compile data for analysis from each and every bill. She researches account usage, billing and facility information, as well as prepares documentation for on-site visits under the direction of the Auditor. She lends her organizational and office management skills to the office.
– Assistant Auditor
Alisa assists in the auditing process by helping with the initial reviews, filing claims, and following up with both clients and utility providers to verify billing errors and process claims. Alisa holds a Bachelors in Education from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Education from Lamar University.
Emily has an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and has worked in the accounting/finance field for 14 years. She manages TriStem’s finances and processes payroll.
